Take a Bite of the Apple: New York Fashion Week

For all of you fashionists out there, you may be wondering what exactly New York fashion week is. Well, New York fashion week is a week-long event that was started on the 7th of June in 1993 and it is currently sponsored by Olympus. Because of the current sponsor, fashion week is often referred to as Olympus fashion week; though in the past it has been known by the names of previous sponsors, such as Mercedes Benz fashion week. The event takes place in Bryant Park in New York City (at the corner of forty-second and sixth streets). The eight acre park is transformed into a fashion arena with tents. Each humongous tent is air conditioned and divided into several venues. Each venue is approximately twelve thousand square feet and includes a runway, guest seating, sound, lightening, and a back stage area. Designers use the venues to showcase their current work and designs; they decorate the venue according to their personal tastes. The walls of the tents are lined with small booths, where promotional products are being sold or given away. New York fashion week occurs twice a year. The fashion show featuring designs for the upcoming fall occurs the preceding February. The fashion show that features designs for the upcoming spring takes place in late September.

So You Want To Go To Fashion Week?

Fashion week is usually attended by journalists, celebrities, fashion buyers, and social types. The event is invitation only, and journalists who wish to attend must seek accreditation beforehand. You will most likely see only a few celebrities at every show. Obviously, you will also most likely see fashion models as well as many famous designers. If you do somehow manage to wrangle and invitation to this exciting event, there is no formal dress code that must be followed. Most people follow the “anything goes” rule. Comfort certainly does play a part, but the main goal of dressing for fashion week is to create a distinctive wardrobe that will show off your own individual fashion sense.

If you are one of those people that get really excited about fashion, then fashion week is the event for you. Besides getting the opportunity to see all of the latest up-and-coming designs before they hit the stores, you will have an incredible amount of fun! So though it may seem impossible to get an invitation to fashion week, never say never—if anything, at least you can read about the excitement of the event in Elle.

The Benefits of Going to a Fashion Show

Some people’s idea of a great time are having a party, others love to just be by themselves and watch the latest movie or read a book they have been meaning to read. Yet, for others, their idea of fun is going to a fashion show. It’s true. You may find yourself a fashion show addict after one show. A fashion show is not just hours of sitting and watching pretty women walk by in extreme outfits. It is a lot more fun than that. You can even get a lot out of a show.

Latest Fashion News

Obviously, if you attend a fashion show, you will see the latest fashions. This can help you, even if you are not a fashion sell out. This can help you by showing you what is in. Although, you may not care what everyone is wearing, you may be inspired to change up your wardrobe a little bit or get an idea for a fashion that is totally your own. Also, a fashion show is fun to attend when you think the latest fashion is hideous. How much fun will it be to laugh with your friends and family about the model who came out wearing a lion mask and tail when you get home?

Goodie Bags

Not all fashion shows offer them, but many offer goodie bags to their attendees. Who does not love free stuff? Even if you do not like everything in your goodie bag, you can re-gift it later to someone you know who will. The better and bigger the name of the fashion show, the bigger and better the goodie bag.

Meet People

A fashion show is great social gatherings. First off, you may be able to make some new friends. You may find that your new best friend was sitting next to you at a fashion show drooling over the same male model you were. Better than that, you may meet important people. I am not just talking about the beautiful models, famous designers, or guess appearance celebrities. I am talking about important people who could possibly shape your career. Say you have been trying to break into journalism. There just might be a newspaper editor reporting the show. Making a connection with them could give you a leg up into a job.

Attending a fashion show may not be your idea of fun or your cup of tea. However, all should at least go to one. You may find a new trend you would like to try, meet someone life changing, or even realize your new found love of fashion. If you end up not liking the show, you can always go home and vow to never attend one again. However, you will have a funny story to tell later in life and now you will not be able to say that you have never seen one before.

How to Start a Fashion Trend

Fashion trends come and go. One day all the rave is about pink and the next day, just because a celebrity wears black, everyone else starts to wear black. Many people follow a fashion trend in accordance to if their favorite celebrity is wearing it. They may also see a fashion trend in a magazine, store, or on the runway that they have to copy. Have you ever considered becoming your own fashion icon?

Have you ever thought about starting your own fashion trend? Starting a new trend is not as hard as you think. You may not start it world wide, but if you get a couple of people to follow you, you can call your self a fashion icon. To start a fashion trend, you will have to be willing to be bold and daring. You should be able to wear your new fashion trend with confidence.

What to Expect

You cannot expect everyone to follow your new fashion trend right away. You may even get ridiculed at first. If you think that your new fashion trend is cute, then you should wear it with pride. If your new trend catches on, you may find others claiming your trend as their own. These are just a few things to expect when trying to start a fashion trend. Also, wear your new fashion trend in a way that best highlights it.

If you are trying to get the fashion accessory of printed nylons started (which were popular in the eighties) you would not clash your trend with a printed shirt. You would best make it stand out if it was paired next to plain colors. Do not pair too many fashion trends at one time. Make sure your accessory or piece of clothing stands out and make people say, “Wow.” You want your fashion trend to make people turn their heads and think, “Why did I not think of that?”

To get a couple of people to join your new fashion trend, you may want to buy your closest friends or co-workers the trend. If you have more people wearing the same trend as you, then people will probably be more likely to follow your trend and not criticize you for your unique style. Just remember to wear your trend with a lot of pride. If you end up not liking your trend after all, just let it die down quietly. You may be able to laugh about it later.

How to Choose Your Fashion Style

Fashion is a mode of expressing yourself through clothes. Clothes often represent a particular style or era and every year fashion designers try to add and create new trends that can represent the present time of the year and hopefully make a mark in history forever.

There are many fashion styles through, which we recollect a period of time. Those styles still live because they were extremely successful and often in a classic way which always was and will be eternal.

There are many of us who want to wear what is in fashion at any cost; not only in the present year but every single season: spring, summer, fall and winter. However, there is one thing we don’t stop to consider, which the most important thing in fashion is: does the fashion style suit us.

How do you know if a fashion style suits you well? It’s very simple; clothes are usually designed with different types of silhouettes in mind and even though we are no models from the runway, we must consider the following before choosing a fashion style: height, weight and skin tone. Everything in fashion is picked to match and put a person’s best features forward and in order for you to put yours, you need to be aware of your body and skin tone.

Your height and weight will determine whether you should choose fashion styles that practice short or long skirts or dresses as each one can emphasize a feature in your body. Your skin tone will determine what color clothes you should choose and that too is directly connected to fashion styles as some designers create specific colors only.

It is important you be your own critic and friend in order to be able to choose the best fashion styles that will put forward your best features and thus, give you your money’s worth. What good does it do to wear something that is the latest fashion but does not suit your style and personality?

Play Safe with Fashion Rules

Fashion styles should only be picked because you look good in them and not because they are in vogue. Also always remember, if you cannot wear the latest fashion design because you find it ridiculous, you can always wear something classic as it is always in style and it suits everyone without exception. If you don’t know what colors to wear for an important fashion meeting, always stick with black and white as they are classic and always in style.

How to Become a Fashion Model

The job of a fashion model looks like a glamorous one. You live in the life of beauty, have money thrown at you for just looking great, and people idolize your looks and talent. Many girls and boys alike, dream of one day living the life of a fashion model. However, the job is not as easy as it looks. To be a fashion model, many things are required. You must not only possess amazing physical traits, but mental traits as well to survive the world of fashion and beauty.

The Talent

To be a great fashion model, one needs to possess a certain amount of talent. Beauty only goes so far in modeling. The job of modeling is not just about looking into a camera. It is sort of like acting. You have to become the character or object you are modeling. You have to be able to portray emotion from your facial expression to your body language. Fashion models are suppose to make products, anything from dust-repelling sofa spray or million dollar shoes, look good. If they do not look good or with their emotion do not sell the product, then there is no point to them. Some fashion models also walk down runways and catwalks. To do this, proper posture and walking must be learned.

The Look

Sadly, inner beauty and personality do not cut it in the fashion world. A fashion model must have a certain look to them. Guidelines say that to walk down the runway, a girl fashion model must be at least 34-24-34. This means that there bust and hips should be 34 inches and there waist should be 24 inches. They also should be at least 5 feet and 8 inches tall. Since these measures are very extreme, they have encouraged dramatic eating disorders.

Some modeling agencies will not take models who have clinically been proven to be underweight. Of course, not all women modeling does not fall under this thin category. There is also the option of plus size modeling. Plus size modeling means bigger sizes. An average woman would most likely not fit into either of these categories. Besides being the right weight and height, one must have beautiful hair, skin, and face. Make up and airbrushing can make anyone thinner and flawless, but it makes the job easier if they can take a fresh, young face and work from there.

Fashion High School For Your Consideration

High school is a phase of growth and life. It is a time of socialization. It is a time of declaring who you are. All these and more are reflected on high school fashion today. There are various looks that high school students have. Here are some of them:

1) The Rocker – this fashion high school is common place among fans of rock bands. This may include shirts that make statements or shirts featuring their favorite band. This high school fashion also often includes a lot of trinkets including studded bracelets, a tribal necklace. Of course, taking on this high school fashion needs the appropriate attitude to go with it. You need to be truly passionate about the music. It helps if you have an ipod with huge headphones to go with the look. Other optional accessories include a musical instrument used in rock such as a pair of drumsticks or a guitar case.

2) The Jock – Dress up in the varsity team jacket will transform any outfit into “jock mode”. Some people who wear this fashion often try to hide their poor fashion sense behind the huge letters and colors of the high school. The jock look is easily accomplished by trying out for a school team and actually earning the right to wear a jacket. The school varsity chess team does not count, though.

3) The Goth – The fashion of goth can be summed in just this word: black. This high school fashion is often used by people who wish to make statements of angst. Weird looking accessories are a must, as is black eyeliner and black lipstick. Although students who make use of this fashion claim to do so to show their individuality, it is more commonly caused by wanting to belong to a group of people who want to show that they do not belong.

4) The computer geek – in the olden days, geeks and nerds were outstanding because of their not-so-cool-clothing. The thing is, they are too busy with other projects to be too much concerned with what they are wearing. Today, though, having geeky clothing is not necessarily such a bad thing. This is because of the fact that geeks today are thriving because of computers. Even role playing gamers have risen from the status of suspected Satan worshippers to world class cyber athletes. Isn’t that a big improvement? In order to achieve the look of this high school fashion, you need to really be preoccupied with solving the problems of the universe to actually care about what you are wearing. A shirt with a witty saying or technological jargon would help complete this look for you.

5) The Fashionista – this is the hardest look to maintain since it requires that you always be updated on the latest fashions high school. You need to research thoroughly on the subject of what’s hot and what’s not. You need to constantly scout out malls in order to be the first one to have the best outfit ever. You need to have the instincts of Carson from “Queer eye” in finding the perfect outfit. Your duty does not end here. As a fashionista, you will have to establish the highest standard of high school fashion.

Of course, these are just some of the high school fashions in circulation today. In order to learn more, just look around at your local high school.

Fashion for Plus Size Women

Plus size women can experience fantastic fashions at numerous different stores. Clothes for plus size women are not only available at department stores but also at stores made especially for women of a certain size. Most people define plus size as anything size 14 or higher, although some would consider plus size to start at size 12 while others would say size 16. The popular plus size clothing store Lane Bryant starts at size 14. Whether or not you shop at a department store, specialty store or even online depends on what you're looking for.

Department stores abound for example Belk, Peebles, Kohl's, Macy's, Bloomingdale's and J.C. Penney, each of these have excellent choices and designs for plus size women. Here you can find everything from casual lounge wear to dressy ensembles. These stores also sell a great deal of office wear such as suit coats, skirts, slacks and other pieces that are somewhere between casual and formal. Of course you may find that these department stores don't have the item you are looking for. For a greater amount of selection you may want to try a plus size store like the aforementioned Lane Bryant.

Also Lane Bryant has all over numerous convenient locations where you can find your suitable fashion, and also an online shop where you can surf from the comfort of home. Speaking of websites, the Internet is a fantastic resource for any woman who loves to shop. If you know your size it is easy to buy all of your clothing items online. Of course you cannot try them on before buying, but if you are sure of your size this is not necessary. If you do order clothing online and don't like the way it looks on you, it should be possible to return or exchange the item as long as you have the receipt.

Of course the place everybody know to get stuffs and also to buy clothes like plus size women is on Ebay. This auction site is actually a fantastic resource for affordably priced fashion items of all sizes. You will find there are brand new items still with tags in addition to gently used items. On the subject of used items, you may want to try shopping at your local secondhand stores. You can sometimes find bargain priced treasures at these stores that can be made good as new with laundering or dry cleaning. Regardless of where you choose to shop there is no doubt that plus size ladies have just as many fashionable choices as juniors, misses and petites.

Fashion Tip for Ladies Body Shapers

When looking around for ladies body shapers, it is advisable and from experience to take up a size larger than the usual size you buy. If you can try the shapers on before buying them, you should definitely do so. If you can't manage to try the item on, order your size if the firmness level is light to average and a size larger if the firmness level is extra firm. When it comes to wearing your shaping undergarment, you may want to break the item in by wearing it a few hours each day until you are more comfortable in it. From there you can start wearing it all day as needed or for special occasions.

Fashion Photography Criterias & Guidance

Fashion Photography - 3 Starting Pointers

(1) Fashion Photography Portfolio.
Preferably both a website and a traditional book of pictures. Try to go with bright and clear 4 x 5" transparencies to highlight your work. Great quality 8 x 10" prints are also great to look at, as well as pages from magazines if you've been published. Aim for at least 20 or more photographs in your book (and have more than one copy as you will probably be asked to leave them behind at some companies/magazines for consideration).

(2) Fashion Photography Know How.
Know the magazine you'll be submitting to. Get the name of the person in charge of the department you're contacting. Mark your material with your name and contact number. Send prints or transparencies, never originals. Include a SASE if you want to have your pictures back. Know that some magazines are difficult to work with (it's the nature of the industry). Be as knowledgeable as you can about the magazine you are contributing to, their style and reach. Don't be ignorant; do your homework before submitting.

(3) Fashion Photography Agent.
It helps to find serious representation. Be careful when choosing an agent, you don't want to be ripped off. Call the reputable agencies and shop around for good representation. Prepare your portfolio and go into meetings well mannered and prepared. If an agent likes your work, he or she can significantly help you with your career.

These are just 3 starters out of the many avenues you can take when trying to crack the fashion photography nut. You can do it! Just follow your heart and imagination and make sure your work is visible. It's one thing to talk about your pictures and another thing to SHOW them.

To get you started immediately, explore this tutorial on how to be a fashion photographer.

Career Tips on Fashion Photography

Fashion photography is one of the most exhilarating and mind stimulating industries around. It is career that offers glamour, glitz, and - should you land major gigs - big bucks. As a fashion photographer you can get to meet and interact with all sorts of exciting people, from fashion models to designers to TV and film celebrities, all in the name of style. All you need to get started is a camera, the right digital tools, a creative eye that screams "good taste!" and you'll be an inch closer to your fashion photography career.

Fashion Photography - Your Opportunities

Okay, let's make one thing clear: the fashion photography market is fierce. There are literally thousands of photographers who want a piece of the action. But that doesn't mean it's an impossible dream. Besides the top fashion shows across Europe and America there are plenty of sub markets to be conquered. Consider the following:

* fashion advertising
* magazine shoots
* art photography
* celebrity portraits

Some people even get into paparazzi work, chasing down the hottest celebrities in town to get the latest pix. The idea is to be aware of as many fashion photography outlets for your talents as possible. One such outlet is through Mark Stout Photography. Check it out.

Celebrity Fashion or Celebrate Fashion?

Celebrity fashion has become somewhat of an obsession for the public and the media nowadays. Many people don't watch the award shows to see who is winning what awards, they want to see what everyone is wearing. The media can do entire hour-long shows over and over again on celebrity fashion. No matter what a celebrity is wearing, once it is in pictures and in the media, people will want to be buying whatever it is they are wearing. The problem with that becomes the fact that the celebrity fashion choices are usually way too expensive. Normal people cannot find the extra financing to purchase such fashion items, so they may settle for something generic that simply mimics their expensive tastes.

Magazines have tons of articles and pages devoted to nothing but celebrity fashion. They give tips on how to dress like a celebrity, how to get their outfits on a lower scale budget and even criticize how celebrity fashion can end up in disasters. Let's face it, people are crazy about celebrity fashion. They figure that if they see their favorite celebrity wearing a particular outfit, that means it is stylish. Celebrities wear the most beautiful gowns to events and award shows but they don't actually own them. At least, not the majority of them. The designers will send their designs and dresses to celebrities in order to get them to wear them and have the publicity. That's how important celebrity fashion has become. Designers utilize public appearances for advertisements. If a celebrity looks like a knockout in a particular dress, it doesn't mean that I'm in a hurry to run out and buy that dress by that designer. It simply means I admire it. It also doesn't mean that I'm more likely to wear a particular designer simply because someone famous was wearing it. Celebrity fashion doesn't make me want to buy anything in particular.

People have been intrigued by celebrity fashion for years and years. They will frequent the boutiques and stores that their favorite celebrity shops at. Some extreme fans of celebrity fashion will accumulate credit cards of debt just to get the same outfits that a particular person was wearing on a show or in a magazine. To those overly obsessed people, I say, get a life. There are many more important things in the world than celebrity fashion and trying to look like them. Just because you wear something that they worn in public doesn't mean you're going to suddenly turn into them or become famous yourself. Sure, you may look like you have more money than you do have, but you don't have the same checking account that celebrities do in order to pay things off.

Fashion Petite or Petite Fashions

In fashion perspective and shopping perspective, the grass always looks greener on the other end. Some taller women with larger bone structures put together wardrobe ensembles with the hope of appearing smaller. More thin and willowy women attempt to create the appearance of curves with their clothing choices and curvier women sometimes choose styles to intentionally downplay their natural voluptuousness. Women of a shorter stature, who are considered “petite” will often select their fashions with hopes of creating the appearance of a more elongated frame.

A common misperspective about petite fashions is that the word “petite” always equates to “small.” In reality, the term petite refers to height and not weight. Petite fashions generally come in sizes ranging from 0 to plus-sized. If a woman is less than 5’4, she is generally considered petite whether she has a slender, average or plus-sized frame.

That thought that petite women are always “little” has got many women frustrated with shopping. Women who are less than 5’5 often complain of having difficulty finding petite fashions that aren’t too high-wasted or “frumpy.” However, more and more designers are focusing on petite fashions and creating new styles with petite women in mind. Most major designers now offer petite fashions. These designers are focusing more on making petite fashions more classic and tailored, so that a woman can choose clothing options that accentuate the positives of her body type.

While more and more options are available, it is important for the petite woman to make choices that help her accentuate her style. Some petite fashions are designed to help a woman elongate her frame by using horizontal as opposed to vertical lines or using monochromatic color schemes.

The clothing now concentrates on accentuating the positive of a shorter woman’s frame. In general, petite fashions should avoid cuts, color schemes and prints that are better suited to a longer frame. Petite fashions often have higher waists, less length to arms and legs, and narrower shoulders. If print patterns are used in petite fashions, they tend to be smaller and avoid blocky or chunky appearances or radical color schemes.

Shorter women can also improve their fashion choices by following some simple style guidelines. Fashion experts advise petite women to avoid shirts that are longer than mid-thigh, and to avoid drastic color contrasts in tops and bottoms. Fashion experts also recommend that petite women avoid flat shoes or shoes with rounded or square toes, suggesting instead that a comfortable, stylish shoe with a gently pointed toe be chosen. Other tips include avoiding accessories such as bows or large buckles.

Fashion Nature

A not so long ago movie titled 'The Spiderwick Chronicles' highlighted certain beauty in our surroundings - those creatures big and tiny. You may wonder who fashioned the world around us. Who fashioned the fluffy clouds in the sky even though through science one would make sense out of it. Who fashioned the shapes of the leaves of each of the plants and trees that we stroll pass each day?

Have you ever wondered?

We can discover fashion in the nature around us, fashion in the beauty surrounding us.

Best Fashion Tips - Where To Find Them

Some friends would occasionally ask me for fashion tips. I have to laugh when they do this because I am hardly what you would call the clothes horse. I have other friends who are much better at picking out clothing, and I often refer questions to these people. If you want fashion tips I am the last person in the world you should ask. Though I can trust myself for my own choices, I would not trust my fashion sense well enough to guide someone else. If you have friends like me, there are other places you can go to get great tips so you can look good whenever you leave the house.

One of the best places to get fashion tips is to read a fashion magazine. There are some magazines out there that offer nothing but advice about clothing and accessories. I never personally purchase any of these magazines, but I have a lot of friends who do. You can find fashion tips in almost any women’s magazine that you find on the rack, but the best tips will come from those devoted to fashion exclusively.

If you are finding for specific fashion tips, you may want to buy a specific magazine. For example, if you are about to be a bride, you may want to buy bridal magazines to help you decide what dress to wear, what shoes to wear with it, and how to choose your accessories. If you are concerned about dressing your children, but you are unsure about fashion like I am, you can find many children’s magazines that will offer you fashion tips just for little ones.

You may also locate fashion tips online. You may find many of the fashion magazines on the shelves also have websites online. The best thing about these websites is that for the most part, they are free. You won’t have to pay the cover price of a magazine to get the same fashion tips they offer in their monthly editions. You may not find everything the magazine has to offer, but she will probably find what you need. There are many from which to choose, and there are other websites to help you as well. A simple search online should dig up all the fashion tips you could ever need. Remember that not all advice is created equal, and that you will know your own style when you see it.

Abstract on Fashion Public Relations

All know Yves Saint Laurent, Dolce and Gabbana and Christian Dior right. But how many people know about Yohji Yamamoto, Fontanas and Dorothy Grant? If you’re like most people, the better known names in fashion will immediately catch your attention. But have you ever stopped to consider how they got that way in the first place?

For your consideration. All fashion houses deal with clothes – materials, designs and models. So what makes one fashion house a more recognizable name than another? Why is it that we are all familiar with Hugo Boss, but very few of us outside the fashion industry have heard of a Zara? The answer lies in the fact that most successful fashion houses use Fashion Public Relations.

Fashion Public Relations is a relatively new field that is making a tremendous impact on the way the public views fashion houses. Sure, everyone can advertise, but it is only the big names, who have the size and the affordability to undertake large-scale public advertising. These corporate fashion houses spend million of dollars each year trying to publicize themselves and to position their products in the minds of moneyed consumers. And how do they recover this cost? Ever wondered why the top designer goods are so expensive? That’s right! The cost of advertising, the overheads for plush offices, the glitz and the glamour are all added to the cost of the goods. So you end-up paying high prices for goods that actually cost a fraction!

But you don’t need to spend phenomenal amounts of money in order to be successful. If your designs are appealing and the quality of your work is great, all you need to do is t pitch your messaging well. Which is why most smaller and lesser known houses opt for an alternative by going in for Fashion Public Relations. Since Public Relations is by definition free (or unpaid advertising as some people like to call it!) there are no additional costs for the consumer to pay. And unlike traditional advertising, where the memorability of a campaign is a hit-or-miss affair, with fashion public relations, one can afford to experiment till the right messaging is achieved.

So what exactly is fashion public relations and who are the professionals who undertake such activities? Simply put, a fashion public relations professional is one who has undergone a course of study that enables her/him to successfully conduct public relations campaigns for fashion houses. It’s not just the high profile designers we are talking about here. Most retail stores and apparel companies also use fashion public relations professionals to maintain/improve the public image of their companies or to get journalists to write about the latest trends, sales and other information. Even key fashion figures like designers, models and event managers make use of the skills of good fashion public relations professionals to enhance their visibility in the marketplace.

It is no tall claim to say that effective Fashion Public Relations can spell the difference between a brilliant but unsuccessful fashion house and a good fashion house that is extremely successful!

Does the new year really require us to get new fashion? May be we should consider new fashion for our minds before putting new fashion apparels on our bodies.

Can you think of someone whose fashion was cool and you could recall very quickly because of the 'old' fashion he or she was wearing? I supposed if that someone were to put on something else, you may not recognize who they are.

There is a children cartoon called 'Ben10'. The aliens are all cool. Can you recall what is the fashion pattern Ben is wearing most of the time?

I supposed sometimes old fashion is cool fashion still.

Christmas Fashion

Blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year 2009
from Gear2Fashion.

At Christmas, fashion is even more clearly seen. From the Christmas icon of Santa Claus to Christmas dinner dresses; from the fashion of food to the fashion of Christmas festivities.

Reflecting back to the story of Christmas, at the birth of the one person who is the highlight of the season. Wonder what was the fashion then? What fashion did God come when he came in the person of Jesus Christ on that first Christmas morn?

Are You Really Out Of Fashion?

You probably have heard someone comment that you are out of fashion or give critics to your fashion wear or clothing. When one is out of fashion, he or she is probably already "into" another fashion which the person does not even realize it.

So are you really out of fashion? You are just into another fashion which does not go along with the situation, or that fashion is not right for the occasion.

Or you never know, it was really not you who is out of fashion, but the world around you is actually out of fashion, and it did not fit in into your fashion.

Fashion from Head Wear to Foot Wear

Came across this interesting site promoting the different designs of scarf which are back in fashion.
Then scrolling down, you would see the smiles on their faces, enjoying the trying out of the foot wear of their taste and delights.

Fashion World Studio Blogspot is quite an attractive online webspace for latest fashion and you can observe the response to these newest fashion activities.

Fashion Magazines - Online Is As Attractive

The website is as attractive as the magazine itself. The homepage is as attention drawing even before the magazine is turned to the next page. You can imagine what else can be installed in those pages.

Beautiful dresses; beautiful designs and beautiful ladies.

You will have to check out on some of these fashion websites to see for yourself.

Side note:
You may take some time to enjoy the backdrop of those beautiful fashion pictures taken. Without these, it may not bring out the awesome fashion that it intended for.

From Old Fashion To New Fashion

The fashion of generation past can be something fashionable in the near term especially with the help of media. A recent movie showed the life and times of someone who made a positive contribution and difference to history. Naturally many would want to imitate and learn from the enactment of the story.

The first impression mostly would be fashion, and then followed by other characteristics such as courage, standing for justice and truth, love and kindness. Wearing the same fashion like that of the historical figure, one could very quickly identify and comment, "you look very familiar".

Such is the power of fashion in action.

Gear to Fashion

Someone said that life is like a big fashion show and everyday is a display of fashion; from the simple, to the elaborate. To some, he or she has high taste, but to another maybe they are just being practical.

You may be interested to discover that the fashion of yesterday may not be obsolete after all, and may be relevant in today's social culture. The fashion of tomorrow may be out-of-this-world, but could be out of place in today's setting.

More fashion perspective coming up...
